  The store is run by a bunch of untrained teenagers on cell phones, chattting to each other's instead of tending to customers. The drive thru line is wrapped around the building and the inside lines reach outside the store front due to untrained and pro service and lack of respect when listening to customers order. Food is always wrong and when you order something there they are "unfortunately" out at the moment. When asked why they never have to food on the menu ready to order, their response is " you need to call me in earlier in the day if you want to have that kind of special type of sandwich" a panini or a chicken wrap is a "special type of sandwich" it is requested daily. The deli operated named Brandon has the worse sandwich making skills and customer service.. I feel Tim Hortons Canada needs to implement more training other just videos of how to make thier food that is never available to customers and teach them realspect and common sense like actually listening to order before speaking. An allowing someone to finish there order before requesting money or trying to rush them. Absolutely bullshit service. 0/10
